We hope you are enjoying the holiday season; many of you will be looking forward to some belated Christmas gifts in the form of team cycling clothing. And if you missed the team order, and are interested in a "second round" of clothing orders before the end of the school year, shoot an e-mail to the Cycling Team and we'll see if we have enough interest for another order this year!
Delivery:
We are now anticipating delivery taking place at the end of January. Due to frustrations with the College payments office, we were unable to finish payment with Hincapie until last week. They believe they can have the product to us by the end of January; we are sorry for the delay, but we promise we'll ship the gear to you as soon as possible after it arrives in Hanover!
Minimums:
We were able to waive many minimum requirements due to the total size of our order, but some items couldn't be negotiated. If you ordered Socks, Triathlon tops/shorts/suits, a Classic Bib Tight, Velocity Short-sleeve Skinsuit, or Windtex Polar Vest, unfortunately you won't be receiving those items! The team will process a refund for you as soon as possible. We'll be contacting the relevant individuals in the coming weeks to determine preferences for reimbursement.
Socks:
Since many, many people ordered socks (that failed to meet minimums, sadly), and we have a sponsorship with Defeet, we may simply substitute Defeet socks for the Hincapie socks originally ordered!
